Humans live on a plant called Earth, a world composed mostly of water with separate landmasses. This is the least developed race in the galaxy. Debates over opposing interests and heavy pollution have made 65% of the planet become destroyed.

Mankind is currently at their 2055th year. As the planet started running out of resources, a global dictatorship arose among the most powerful. Oppression over citizens became the norm, with a global police army enforcing the newly established resource-administration laws. Yet not all hope was lost. From rouge policemen and civilians, a resistance movement named R.A.D. (Resistance Against Dictatorship) was formed, born to restore peace among humanity.
